Cant review as cant get a callback. Left message online for a quote an no response. Called a few times and no answer. The one time someone answered the lady hung up as soon as i started speaking. Only tried so many times cos mum keeps reccomending them. Not got time to keep trying tho. Need the floor doing last week lol. 😫 More...

Great service. Paul was really patient with me when choosing a carpet, and his fitter Simon was very efficient and I'm really happy with the quality of the fitting. I only had a few days available, between contacting Paul and the delivery of furniture into the room where the carpet was needed. Paul didn't make a fuss of this at all and just got on with sorting me out. I definitely recommend them. More...

Having not moved house for 30 years, I was delighted with the whole experience of carpet buying from Paul Biesty!He came to my original home and patiently went through all the options available, and within my budget and left me with whichever samples I wanted to mull over. Paul was very flexible at being able to meet me at the new house to measure up and was able, at very short notice, to fit the carpets just before I moved in.Paul's carpet fitter was superb - first class workmanship and the finish is fantastic. Biesty Carpets are exceptionally competitive price-wise and I'm very pleased with the end result. I wouldn't go back to one of the big carpet chains again and I'd highly recommend Biesty Carpets to anyone. More...
