Health and Fitness has always, and still is a big passion of mine.

The one thing that I love to do with my days is to workout, be it in the gym, outdoors, at home or in the pool. Since a very young age I have always been involved in sport and staying fit and active, like playing hockey for my school, and swimming competitively for my local swim squad.

I help my clients achieve their fitness goals with regular 1-1 sessions where we work hard together focusing on the 3 pillars of fitness which are, nutrition, resistance and cardio.
All my clients also benefit from my on-line training where they can stream workouts from lap-top, smart phone, tablet or smart T.V, and get their accountability support from my community support group where they can post their workouts, meals, and their daily struggles.
These workouts can be performed from anywhere as long as they have Wi-Fi connection, so there's NO excuse for not doing, as you can do these workouts from home, with very little equipment and are guaranteed to get amazing results.

well honestly, 80% nutrition, 20% exercise, allowing for the odd treat on the weekend.

I love my job because I love seeing people achieving their goal, whether it is just to get fitter, lose weight or run their first race. It means alot to me knowing that I helped them get there.

To do something I am truly passionate about and setting my own hours around my lifestyle does have its perks.
But I just wanted to make a living doing something I really enjoy and helping others in the process.
