Fantastic and motivational coach. Beth can definitely help you believe and achieve your goals! I always leave our group session feeling like I've worked hard and made a positive change, thank you for your persistence and patience Beth :)

Beth knows exactly what it takes to be at the top because she's been there. As a coach she's able to help people not just with their physical capabilities but also with the mental game of working out.

Beth encouraged me and a few of my friends to come along to try a small group training session, Beth pushes each and every one of us, the sessions are demanding but also fun and I now look forward to this every Thursday, I can definitely notice a difference in just a few weeks, would highly recommend Beth x

Me and a few friends decided we would take the plunge and start doing a weekly group training session with Beth.
I think we all were a bit apprehensive and a little bit scared (�) but I can honestly say we all look forward to it very week. Beth tailors a different programme every week to keep it interesting and fun, and whilst it's hard work, it's totally manageable and so much fun!
So glad we decided to try it out....highly recommended!

Beth is a fantastic personal trainer and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer who will help them reach their goals. She is a wonderfully kind and encouraging person to work with as well as an amazing athlete and a source of inspiration to those that she trains.

I came to Beth for help with increasing my general levels of fitness and for help with my poor eating habits. She always manages to come up with new training to help me push myself, gain more confidence in the exercises that I'm performing, and generally become fitter. Though the biggest thing that Beth has done for me though is the work she did on my diet. I've always known that a lot of the food that I was eating wasn't good for me but I struggled finding the will power to say no to it and to choose a healthier option. Beth has been amazing in supporting me with this and helping me to for a much more nutritious diet full of healthier choices. I am extremely thankful for her fantastic level of support and encouragement with this.

I can't recommend Beth enough and I'm sure she would be able to assist anyone in achieving their goals.

I have been attending a class with Beth since November 2017 once a week with a few of my friends. The classes are fun, well planned and differ each week which is what we love about them - we never know what we’re in for next! Beth encourages and helps us get the best out of each class and will advise and explain the best way to use the equipment, how to avoid injury, the correct posture for each exercise etc. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, if your looking to get healthy, get fit and lose weight look no further!! I cannot rate Beth highly enough. If there were 10 stars she would absolutely deserve them.

My friends and I attend a small group personal training session once a week. The aim to get fit and improve our personal body image. From the start Beth has listened to our objectives and created sessions for us that push us to our limits but have us coming back week after week as well as set us objectives to do inbetween her sessions.

I've tried many other classes but they always fall by the wayside. Not Beth's - the classes are different every week so I am never bored and that variation really keeps us on our toes. We have tried equipment that we would never have dreamt of using. Quite oftenbi think we look petrified but Beth is an absolute star at explaining the moves and giving us the confidence to tackle these new workouts.

If you are thinking of having Beth train you all I can say is do it - you will not be disappointed

Beth had been training myself and Lauren in the lead up of doing born survivor. Not did it only help massively but Beth has also made me see a huge difference in my body, pushing us in a way it felt comfortable. She can really see and understand, what my weaknesses are aswel as my strengths. I could not recommend Beth more, her motivation is just what I needed ,while training us in the best beneficial way.

Give it a go, I can assure you will see a difference 100%
