I offer traditional holistic therapies: Homeopathy, Reiki, and Massage Therapy. I practise all these therapies at the Beta Health Clinic in Hemel Hempstead, as well as offering Homeopathy consultations by Skype.

Homeopathy is a natural holistic medicine which is used by millions of people worldwide. Homeopathy is very gentle, yet treats the whole person; body, mind, and spirit. It's suitable for everyone from new-born babies to great-grandparents. I will ask you about all your symptoms - emotional, physical, and mental - and give remedies to help you heal yourself, by boosting your natural healing abilities and your immune system. Remedies are given as tablets or liquid. They are non-toxic and have no side effects. Homeopathic remedies can be taken safely alongside all conventional medicines.

Reiki is a beautiful gentle form of energy healing that you can receive anywhere; seated or lying down, and always fully clothed. Reiki given you an energy boost to help you heal yourself, by channelling Universal healing energy to your system. I work with a light touch, usually placing my hands on your head, shoulders, hands, or feet. Most people feel calm and relaxed after a Reiki treatment, and it is suitable for everyone, with no side effects.

Massage is excellent for easing aches & pains, as well as bodily and mental tension. It helps you to relax and de-tox, both physically and mentally. I offer seated massage (clothed) of shoulders, neck, head, arms, hands and feet, as well as full body massage and back, neck & shoulder massage, using oils.
