My service is great for small businesses that need support and help throughout the year because they are basically busy with their trade and do not want to worry about the accounts side of things.

If you just want your accounts and tax return done each year by simply collecting up all your receipts in a bundle and letting me do the rest then you have come to the right place.

I supply all my clients with a Quickbooks account included in the price and so you can see, really quickly and easily, how you are doing at any point in the year, either by logging onto the online account or using the Quickbooks App on your phone. This software also allows you to invoice your customers quickly and efficiently if you do not already have a software package.

I have found over the years, that tradesman in particular, often do not have time for invoicing. By the time they have worked all day and priced up new jobs, its difficult to keep on top of the billing side of things. Quickbooks is a great solution for that, as you can, if you choose, email your customer a quick, simple invoice. Job done!

If you are out of my area, I am happy to send you a pre paid package which you can send me all your receipts etc in, and I can deal with you remotely. There are so many ways to speak to customers these days that its not really necessary for me to set up appointments at the office anymore.
