5 stars for this company and for Melissa who made me feel at ease from the first appointment x Working with you was easy and a pleasure. You said when you met me you could do anything or you would no someone who could if you couldn’t. You weren’t wrong and you most certainly can. I was anxious as I do suffer with anxiety when going new places or meeting new people. Melissa was very smiley, professional and friendly. On our first appointment I explained my dream for my wedding day and what I was wanting to make it perfect for my guests. The day wasn’t about me it was about my HTB, friends and family looking around, enjoying the personal touches and feeling the love and effort gone into the Wedding ❤️. I wanted everyone to have a great day... That would make me have a fabulous day... I needed it to me floor less and I knew I could do it with those special touches by bespoke. Melissa gave me some ideas which I loved and used on our big day. Melissa understood what I required and quoted within 48hrs. I left my meeting very excited and full of ideas I wanted to put in place I’ll be honest, I’m very much a saver not a spender.... BUT I remembered Melissa saying - “If you have a meeting with us and then find you do not require our services then don't worry at all! You have lost nothing and if nothing else you have gained a few ideas” I had gained ideas and a person who I could trust to put the final touches in place as if it was her own! Our quote arrived and I was very pleased with the cost. Although as I said I’m a saver... Not for one minute did I worry about saying I didn’t want something or I wanted different. I booked Bespoke and paid my deposit... No need for contact now until closer to the day although I knew Bespoke were only on the other end of the phone or email to help me with any enquires. Every wedding fair I went to and saw Bespoke I was greeted with yet again that smile and asked how my plans were going! I would say all the good and the bad (sadly you do get people letting you down) Melissa reassured me and said even on my day if anything wasn’t right because of another supplier, she would try and help sort! Woah that is a statement and a true one! I can’t thank her and the team enough xxxx Melissa really couldn’t do enough for me and I’m 100% sure this is how she treats every client. She become your personal planner and friend and makes sure she understands your requirements and puts you at ease. I highly recommend her and her team at Bespoke. My room was set up perfectly and I worked along side them while I added my little touches. They are very passionate about what they do and have great ATD... My day was a big WOW to everyone for many reasons and I’m thankful to have had the pleasure to work with great suppliers x If I was getting married again (to the same man of course) or having another event I would chose Bespoke.... Melissa and the team were absolutely brilliant. They gave me lots of ideas and with my small input made our day absolutely brilliant. .. They were so enthusiastic with my Harry Potter theme and really got on board with it all. They also created all my flowers which were exactly what I wanted. I got married at Moddershall oaks and really wanted an outdoor wedding due to the amazing scenery however the weather wouldn't let us. And it was such a lovely surprise to walk into the ceremony room and it was just perfect... Nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely recommend them to anyone planning an event. More...

To tell you the truth I wasn't sure what to expect with getting someone else to take a huge roll in the organising of our wedding especially with being someone that likes to do things herself and I thought I would struggle with handing over the reigns so to speak. ..and I have to admit it was a bit daunting but I'm sooo sooo glad I did ...Melissa made the whole experience feel like I was still involved but without all the stress and anxiety of running around ...it gave me more time with the family for the run up to the big day and she was amazing through it all ... I would highly recommend bespoke and the team ...the decor and the little extras she added to make sure it was all perfect all meant so much to us both. I can’t recommend Bespoke Creations enough! We booked them for our wedding 2 years ago and the whole planning journey was so relaxed and enjoyable. Melissa kept us in constant contact and would send photos of flowers she thought we would like. The service felt so personal and tailored to what we like. I don’t know anything about flowers but Melissa was able to create beautiful bouquets and centrepieces exactly what we wanted just through our description. The wedding day ran so smoothly everything arrived on time and the room was decorated to such a high standard. Me & my new husband got married yesterday at The Moat House, Acton Trussell. From the moment I first saw Melissa at one of the venues wedding fayres there was no competition who I was going to choose to decorate our room, she is one of the nicest girls I’ve ever met! Nothing is too much trouble, she goes the complete extra mile for you and helps you with everything, in my case even down to helping me decide on my wedding hair & makeup! Bespoke absolutely nailed it for our wedding celebration at the Moat House. We were coming over from the US and they very helpful in scheduling a meeting at our house so we didn't have to travel, staying on top of communication over email right up until the day, when everything looked perfect! Melissa and her team decorated our hall at Tillington Hotel for our wedding last year. They did an amazing job turning our room into something truly beautiful and unique. We had tons of compliments from our families, guests as well as the hotel's staff members! We loved our color theme: beige and gold. We had beautiful centre pieces, gorgeous gold sequins tablecloths, stunning candleabras on the top table and we loved our twinkling fairy lights backdrop. Melissa was an amazing wedding planner, very friendly, flexible, supportive, professional and approachable, full of creativity, tips, advice and ideas! Melissa looked after our wedding at Weston hall on July 20th. She exceeded our expectations throughout the planning stages to the actual day. We could not have even imagined what a spectacular job she did for us, everything was magical. Melissa was on hand at all times and nothing was too much trouble. Was so pleased with Melissa and the team- they helped take some of the stress out of planning and produced our vision on the day beautifully! They even arrived at The Moat House at 4 am to be sure they got everything done on time and weren’t delayed by the Iron man competition. They worked hand in hand with the Moat house staff to create the perfect setting for our wedding and when I went for a sneak peek at 6:30 my Matron of honour and I were amazed at how beautiful it all was even at this hour!
Apparently dreams do come true and Melissa and the team certainly helped mine be realised

Words cannot express my gratitude to Melissa and her team. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was PERFECT and it's largely because of them. I came to them with a simple but elegant theme idea and they worked their magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any wedding planner, THINK AGAIN! Melissa always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. My husband and i loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... Melissa was always courteous and detail-oriented and kept things running smoothly from ceremony to reception. Melissa decorated the church, the reception, took care of the flowers, the invites the cake and recommended the most amazing caterer - a true professional! We couldn't have done it without her. She made sure that anything we could have needed was taken care of before we even realised we needed it. She was super organised and I was not worried about a single thing the whole day & night.
