Bespoke Business Training provides management, leadership and employee soft-skills coaching and training to help managers and employees improve performance and get better results.

We will listen to the Head of L&D, as well as those we will be working with, to develop coaching and training that meets the needs of those on it.

The moment when someone just gets and understands what I am coaching/training them in, and gets excited about it. Whether it is a new topic, or one they know but had not taken in concepts about it, it is always a pleasure to see that moment when they get and absorb what I am sharing about.

It is a new and completely different challenge. As much as I love coaching and training others, I also enjoy learning, and when you start a business on your own there is an enormous amount to learn and take in.

I want to help them to learn new things and develop themselves. That is what I enjoy doing, and I have plenty of experience. I have been training, teaching and coaching people for 30 years. From lecturing on leadership in a university, heading a training department on computing skills, to training and coaching managers and supervisors, I have plenty of experience to help coach and develop people to improve their competencies and become better and more confident at what they do.

Services

We provide coaching for individuals that focus on the key knowledge and skills that managers need to perform more effectively and achieve better results.
A key focus is on improving leadership skills and building confidence as a leader. Also included can be strategic planning, presentation skills, communication skills, as well as other practices important for managers. These include how to delegate effectively, how to coach employees, how to motivate employees, performance development and team-building. We also provide group training courses on the same topics.

We provide one-to-one coaching for individuals to help them improve their knowledge and confidence in a number of key areas. These include Time-Management, Planning and Organising Skills, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Problem-Solving, Stress Management, Business Writing or Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, all of these can be covered to help someone in their professional development.

We also provide courses for groups of employees on the same topics.
