I have nothing but praise for this dentist practice. I have had severe tooth ache twice in three weeks and they have managed to fit me in on an emergency dentist each time. They discuss options of treatment available and ensure you are involved in the consultation. They are very well led, caring, responsive and I always feel I have received the best treatment. Such a wonderful dentist, reception staff are polite and helpful. My dentist Vinnie is AMAZING and so honest and descriptive about what he is doing and the hygienist makes flossing sound fun I am not a fan of people picking at teeth but I always feel so relaxed it makes it a lot easier. Thankyou!

Really pleased with the wonderful service I received as a first time visitor to this dental practice today, despite not having an appointment Jill the receptionist was so very kind and helpful asking the dentist “Vinni” to see me for a consultation, he offered to see me there and then, despite being very busy, he really put my mind at rest that the problems I’ve been experiencing with an on going root infection can all be solved! I now have a whole new respect for Dentists thanks without doubt to the Whole Team at Benfleet Dental Surgery. I have been terrified of dentists since a child, however, since joinjng this lovely practice my fear has dissapated. This is largely due to the compassionate understanding & treatment by my lovely dentist & hygienist. I sincerely cannot thank them enough because your teeth are a really big deal. The hygienist and dentist are both first class. Friendly and welcoming efficient reception staff. However the request for £10 deposit in case I miss an appointment with the hygienist is a cheek, and one which I have refused to pay.
