Bella roofing is the worst roofing company around,his work is so bad that an independent roofing company inspected our roof after Bella roofing fitted our roof,they said this man a Raymond hill is not a roofer and should not be allowed to trade as a roofer he left our roof in such a bad state and leaked so much after he fitted it,he gave us a 10 year warranty but refused to honour it we took him to court 3 times and 3 times refused to attend,he owes us almost £10,000 and he has got away with it, so I warn anyone who is thinking hiring this conman to think twice,

County Court Judgment awarded. Beware guarantee is meaningless.
Initially left a good review in 2019. Sadly by 2022 the lower level roof started leaking badly in places.
Raymond came out to take a look as still under his 10 year guarantee. Following several promises to visit and undertake the work sadly we had to take Raymond to court. Prior to this we texted, phoned, emailed and sent a letter to his home address. The letter before action was also emailed to him and sent to his home address. No answer. Rain was coming into our property, causing damage and we had to get another roofer to sort out. Raymond sent the letter back to the courts saying not known at this address as moved two years ago. When Raymond came out to see us on 28.05.22 he was still living at his home address (he mentioned it during the visit). It is on his advertising online and his van is still parked outside. As of the 21.10.22 Raymond now has a County Court Judgement against him for £2,927.27. He has not paid a penny.

I had a faulty micro inverter, not one solar panel company in area would help, though they offered to sell me a new array!
(shows what they are interested in).
Raymond was in Carlton Colville and I was in Great Yarmouth and drove over between jobs and changed the inverter for me without fuss.
Very pleasant and professional, price was very good as well.
From my experience I would highly recommend Raymond and will use him as first contractor for any roofing issues on my home or any of our rental properties.

Have to say I can leave nothing good as was not treated very well. Guy came promptly, gave a verbal quote, said I would get back in a few days and asked for a written quote (as not sure if the price included VAT) - rang twice and was promised it would be in the post the next day. Six weeks later still waiting for it to arrive. Presumably they don’t want the job, but would have more sensible to tell me that. More...

I called Ray and he came out promptly and gave advice on what I thought may have been big repairs...he put my mind at ease they weren't and from my list of many things I asked for 4 things to be done which he did the following day. I recommend him and shall be using him again if anything else crops up. More...

Bella roofing fitted a complete new roof on our house. We were very pleased with the work and good communication skills shown throughout. Raymond explained the process every step of the way. The Scaffolders did have a mishap when they broke a windowsill, however their boss contacted us and apologised. A new sill was fitted as soon as possible at their expense. No hanging around, no quibble. The scaffolding was removed quickly. We would use Bella roofing again and recommend to family and friends. More...

From beginning to the end of the job, Ray has given us first class service. His workmanship is excellentand nothing was too much trouble. They have refurbished my roof including replacing purlings and strenthening same (now looks like new for for less than half the price ) and fiited to my rear extention two velux roof windows. Had a new Velux window fitted in my attic room plus 2 Cowls and pigeon spikes put on my chimney. Friendly and reliable roofer turned up on time and after a brief run through got cracking on.
