With so much sadness we had to find our beautiful Baloo a new forever home and never got to start the classes we had booked. I explained the personal circumstances leading to that decision not expecting a refund. Andy couldn’t have been more understanding and immediately processed the refund. The quality of service was outstanding and I have little doubt, had we not had not make the heart-tendering decision we did for Baloo, the classes would have been as outstanding. Andy drove 40 minutes to us for a first session with our 5 month old springer spaniel.

Had my first 1-1 trouble shooter session with Andy today. Was amazed by the support, guidance and knowledge that he has. Have came away understanding a whole lot more about my dog and her needs. Also, extremely impressed that you get a follow email to re-cap on the lesson. Would highly recommend!!!

I could not recommend Andy enough. I have a German Shepherd puppy who needs a little extra help with training especially when around other dogs but Andy is always patient and there is no judgement at all. Classes are informative and fun and are always followed up with an email to recap everything we learnt which is really helpful. I have been going to puppy training now for four weeks and I find it very beneficial for me and Billy (puppy). Andy is very friendly and approachable, he makes the training fun!

After a six week set of puppy lessons with Bella Amica, we learnt a lot and Andy was superb in his instruction. If you have a new puppy or any dog come to that who needs obedience training, I would strongly recommend Bella Amica.

Andy has been giving us private lessons since our Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy was 8 weeks old. We have also joined his puppy training classes to help socialise her with other dogs. I'm really happy that we chose him, he has a great positive, problem solving approach and goes to extra lengths to help you with any little problems you might encounter. You can contact him at any time between lessons if theres any extra advice you need, and he sends you an email with links to his refresher videos after every lesson. He's really good fun too. Went for 1st lesson last Saturday with our puppy Logan. Andy is impressively good and knows what he does. We applied for 8 weeks training session and we hardly recommend him.
