Had beewise security round today to service our alarm and change our locks what a great service they was clean and tidy and the lady in the office was on the ball with times and dates I did get 3 quotes but glad we went with beewise top company highly recommended 5 star service.

Over the last couple of years I have seen this company all over social media I took a liking to them as they seemed to be extremely honest and and very knowledgeable within the security industry. I finally got the time to make the call to the office and spoke to a lovely lady called mill after spending some time on the phone with Mel she advise me of the correct alarm system that would fit our property and do exactly what we wanted it to do. Mel gave us a brilliant price that we couldn’t refuse and booked us in do you have the works carried out within three days. On the day of the works Hollie turned up and our alarm system was installed perfectly she spent the time showing us exactly how it could be used and also left us with plenty of information for guidance. The cost that I was quoted did not change and Hollie also advised us of the best places to have sensors fitted in the property and gave very professional advice. When they left my place was left exactly how it was when they got here nice clean and tidy. I called and booked the appointment with Jimmy's wife, and then Jimmy and his daughter came to my property to fit the alarm. 100% professional job and they even hoovered up the drill dust before they left. I just want to say how nice is what to have Jimmy and his daughter holly install our new alarm. They were professional and tidy and treated our home with the upmost respect . It's nice in this day and age to see genuine people who take the time to make make their customers feel at ease and valued. I would have no problem in recommending Bee Wise security to anyone . If you need an alarm system that is modern and pet friendly then Jimmy is your man . My Name is Jimmy and I'm the owner of Beewise Security which has been established for 16 years with over 2400 alarms. We take genuine complaints very seriously and deal with them as a matter of urgency. In response to the review which was written by "David Summers" who I would like to advised we don't hold any details of a customer of this name or why this bogus customer chose to use my business partners photo of him and his lovely wife as their profile picture, is a mystery. We only install high quality equipment and carry out our work in a professional manner, most of our customers know this as majority of our work is through recommendation. As for the racism if this person actually knew me they would of known my wife is half Asian, as I love to talk to the customers about my family. Also may I add to this ridiculous accusation that I have mixed race family members, and the majority of shop owners in the local Southend area we have carried out Alarms & CCTV work for are of the Asian community and are nice & hard working people. I can only think that this review was received by "David Summers" as possibly one of my competitors or just a very very bitter jealous person who thinks it's good to go out of their way to slander my name and my business.
