Very nice people, most likely very good based on previous reviews! But in my case quite disappointed it seems they have no experience with Pomeranians - my baby ended up with two holes in her fur most likely due to a bad brush and the overall cut and hair was a mess. Would not recommend for dogs with specific needs unless thoroughly discussed with them first! More...

Thanks for your feedback, Ben. I’m really sorry you’re not particularly happy with Oprah’s groom. But, as I explained when collected, the Pom’s fur had a really thick undercoat which had become very compact and matted in places. It was so matted I could not run a comb through the coat at the roots. This meant I had to de-Matt and use an undercoat rake to remove it. This is why there were ‘holes’ in the fur. I have many Poms on my books, but I don’t really know what to say about the “overall cut & hair” being a mess. I do wish you’d contacted me directly, as I would have offered to correct anything you didn’t like about Oprah’s groom free of charge.
