Staff are always welcoming, their knowledge in their field is excellent. They don't make any discussions about weight loss a chore and are always encouraging you to succeed.
The sports therapist is excellent and value for money. For someone with no cruciate ligament it is important to have someone who keeps me able to continue exercising.
The advice and guidance is helpful to achieve great health & wellbeing.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
How we look and perform on a daily basis is governed buy the food that we put into our bodies. With the amount of conflicting information regarding what is healthy and effective it can be challenging to know what to do. 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.
What do you love most about your job?
Having been in the industry for over 10 years, we have seen the struggle that most people go through when it comes to understanding good nutrition. Helping someone by educating them on simple concepts on nutrition which result in massive improvements in energy, wellness and physical appearance is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have gained an appreciation for good nutrition as result of being overweight throughout my teenage years. I have turned a challenging time in my life to a passion to want to help others.
