This is the second time I’ve used this company. Both times they have been excellent and they are now my ‘go to’ for electrical jobs. Ian is so approachable and helpful. On the morning the electrician was earlier than expected which is quite unusual but greatly appreciated and was very knowledgeable but quietly went about the job. Stephen was very helpful today when my house alarm broke and I couldn't get it to stop. He got an engineer out within the hour and communicated with me throughout this time to let me know when he would be arriving so that I was not waiting. Fantastic work! Engineers where extremely tidy. They cleaned as they went along. They where very friendly from the day I contacted them right until they where finished. They also explained how to use the intruder alarm and made sure I felt comfortable before they left. I also had a sick child baby in bed who was up all night and the engineers where so nice they didn't even wake him let him sleep on. When he did eventually wake up they where so nice they asked was he ok with them drilling as they didn't want to upset him. Fantastic work would recommend to anyone to definitely use Bdi. From my very first phone call to Stephen I knew I wanted them to fit my alarm. Stephen was very pleasant and so well mannered. His knowledge of the system is second to none. The engineer ( also called stephen) was just as pleasant. He tidied as he went along and had the job done in no time. We just had a completely new alarm system fitted by BDI Security. I was very impressed by how efficient and professional they are. The whole process was painless and without any mess.
