I usually share initial ideas, layouts etc before proceeding with the bulk of the work.

A good, concise brief with as much supporting information and material as possible.

The variety of projects that I work on, being my own boss, achieving customer satisfaction.

To be my own boss and to deliver quality work at a fraction of the cost of agencies.

Yes, most of my work is proofed and delivered online, except for display, paintings, wall art etc which need physical delivery.

I work alone so for the most part I can avoid face-to-face meetings with customers.
