I got myself into a bit of a state recently when my parents said they wanted to visit over the Easter holiday. My kids typically trash the joint so I needed help clearing the mess they'd made and also making my home look shiny and well looked after. I spoke to the business owner (Chrissy) who came over and gave me a quote and told me about her company and the eco products they use, so I asked her to start straight away. I recently started using this company as my previous cleaning company let me down. Have to say I've been very impressed so far. The owner came to my house and explained everything nicely and the cleaner who visits me weekly is very nice and does a good job despite the fact my pet dog and two kids do their best to make her life really difficult with toys and bones left everywhere. I never give 5 stars (not even to my wife) so for me a four is as good as it will ever get! More...

Happy to recommend using this company whom I've known for several years and when they told me they were opening a cleaning business I was happy to give them a try. Initially I asked them to clean my 4 bed house once a fortnight but decided after a couple of months to get them to clean weekly as they did my ironing, bed changing and also washing. I've been using this company for over a year now. I get a clean weekly and love the cleaning team and also the eco friendly products. Im often at work so have given the business owners my keys so they can come and let themselves in, complete the clean and everything smells lovely when I come home.I've read the negative reviews about BD365 on here and can't understand how they have got only one star. I’ve been using BD365 for fortnight cleaning, and I couldn’t recommend them more! I found them online when searching for chemical free domestic cleaning. the team does an absolutely outstanding job! They are very professional, the house looks and smells amazing after their visits, and are very attentive to even the smallest details, from perfectly folded bathroom towels to even set up coffee table books and magazines in a nice display. How long have you been in business?
Our business has been running for over 8 years now- but we have been cleaning all our lives! With busy families, it is important to maintain a clean home and we want to be able to provide the same level of service and attention to detail to you as well. All of our cleaners meet our own exacting standards and on every job, one of our Directors will come out for at least the first visit to work alongside our team to make sure that you will be happy with the results.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all of our own equipment and supplies - however we understand that some customers prefer us to use their own for hypoallergenic reasons. We are always happy to work with either. Our supplies are tried and tested and we use a combination of market leading products, commercial products and even home remedies - basically whatever works best for the job! One of the best things about our job is learning other peoples tips and go to remedies for stubborn stains or hacks and then adding them to what we already use!
What do you love most about your job?
It is honestly the smile that we get from our customers when they walk in the room and see what we have achieved. It is finishing the job and walking away knowing that everything is ready to go!
What inspired you to start your own business?
When we lived in London, we both worked full time and with two young children having a cleaner seemed to be a way of us enjoying quality time with the children. Like most people, I would make sure it was fairly clean before they arrived, however, despite training and speaking to the cleaners we hired, it wasn't always done the way that we wanted it to be! It was clean - but some of the finishing touches that we would have wanted were never done.
In 2009 we were involved in an accident which sadly meant that we both had to give up full time work and a few months later we needed to find something to help support the family. Having cleaned domestically for all our lives and being the sort of person that people would invite around because they knew we would clean or do the washing up - it just seemed the natural progression!
Our business has evolved since then and as well as continuing to provide a high level of cleaning services to both domestic and commercial customers across Edinburgh and Fife, we now provide consultancy services to customers in other areas - pulling on our previous commercial experience.
