On the struture any farage is possible to convert you just have to put the things right if not suitable

Make sure roof amd everything is all ok thn you take the garage door out amd brick uo amd put windown or doors in
Then you insulate the floor and screed
Then put electric and radiators in if needed then slaster board then paint and then do finish touches
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Strutsl engineer will look and tell you ehat needs to be done and plan it for you

You first put a tempory roof ober it then strip off olf roof if needed And then you follow the drawings you put the steels in forst then do all the timber work put dormas in ect put all windows in and then re roof make it water tight then plaster board it amd do all electric amd heating points
