From the point of first contact through to my roof being totally renewed BB Roofing provided an exemplary service. Beyond evidencing highly professional skills as roofers, observing their site management and logistical ability’s was truly impressive and as such offered me as the customer true savings.
The initial roof measurements resulted in the exact number of slates required, consequently keeping wast and cost to a minimum. Further they schedule scaffolding and skip arrival and removal to match the exact start and completion of the job, so preventing my having to pay for equipment standing idle offered an additional saving. Work was clearly planned out with an eye to the weather; this resulted in their working a ten hour day so the roof would be clad in anticipation of a forecasted storm. Overall, BB Roofing truly provide a total service and for me a beautiful slate roof plus guarantee. Oh yes, two of my neighbours have already asked for BB Roofing contact details for their houses.

What inspired you to start your own business?
In starting our own company we have taken on a lot of responsibility to provide customers with a great service. The idea of being able to help people with their dream homes or even to stop a leak and getting their live back to normal is what inspires us everyday.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We avoid close contact with customers and always work to government guidelines. It is a difficult time for us all but fortunately roofing can always be done without access to the inside of a property, depending on access.
