Absolutely recommended! The first time Buddy went to Bay grooms he was put at ease with the outstanding care he received and one to one pampering. He loves attention so having Mel all to himself made him a happy pooch. Mel is so caring and gentle who always gives a lovely cut, he comes out as happy as he goes in. What an amazing makeover for my little Greek rescue pupster - she’s a funny cross breed and most definitely not an easy cut (or pup to handle! ) because she’s such a weird mix! Fleurs just got back from being “Deshed” at Bay Grooms by Mel .. shes so soft with no more pesky rouge hairs and smells absolutely amazing, definitely the nicest she’s ever smelt after being groomed, my whole house smells of the shampoo that’s been used 😍 She was a little nervous going in, but by the time I picked her up, she was Mels best pal and even tried to go back in!
