or group based exercise, my motivational skills ensure that I bring out the
best in my clients while maintaining a sense of humour to make each

Absolutely! Online or remote training is easily provided via zoom calls utilising whatever equipment my client may possess.

During these difficult times my clients safety and feeling at ease has been my number one priority. Provision has been made to offer 'live' zoom sessions for those clients who are able. One to one sessions take place out in the open while respecting social distancing measures. Any equipment used is thoroughly sanitised to within an inch of its life!!
