Isa and her team got to the flat on time. Our quote was for £230 and immediately on getting there we were told that because there were 2 wardrobes it would be an additional £50 so we ended up paying £280 for an end of tenancy clean (I just didn't have the energy or time to debate or find an alternative at short notice). . we were told it would take 3 to 4 hours (that's £70 per hour which seems extreme).. when we returned afterwards being told that they were almost done, the place was in chaos. Hi Renita, thank you for the review, when we take the job you never mentioned that was two big wardrobe which we didn't included in the price , after I mentioned it to you, you said that was not a problem for you to pay the extra charges ,30 minutes before we finished, I did call you to come and take a look around ,when you arrive you said you were happy and pleased with the results , I haven't take any deposit from you,I did tell you when we finish you take a look around when you are happy then you do the payment ,you did take a look around and sad that you are happy and pleased with the results,I believe that's why you do the payment after we were finished, however you change your mind, but if there's anything that you are not happy whit, please let me know I'll be happy to Come back to do it again to your satisfaction again,Thank you for the opportunity.
