About

After moving to Birmingham 15 years ago and giving birth to my twins in 2009 I became a stay at home mum. I took on baking as a hobby, I taught myself everything and started making my children’s birthday cakes, cakes to take in to nursery and for my husbands work colleagues and then baking for friends and families events. I loved it.
Now 11 years later my 3 children have become more independent which has given me more time to myself to pursue my passion. I decided to take my love for baking to the next level. With the support of my family and friends I created Bakes By Zainab. With every cake I create I love what I do more and more and I am always learning new skills and researching new ideas and creations.
