Hello this is mark as you can see we have only just started bark. But between me and my partner we have 45 years of experience with portfolio and references. This is the first time we have had to advertise in 10 years or more the reason being is that we get our work word of mouth.

I cannot comment on the quality of his work, but he has been quite unreliable.
Mark agreed to install a gate to our back fence, and we scheduled the installation.
Mark had a genuine cause for cancelling the night before the installation. We arranged on a second day for the installation, and Mark texted me that morning to let me know he would be late, citing yet another seemingly good reason. Mark did not appear on the second rescheduled day. At this time, I had cancelled my first annual leave day at the last minute and had lost a day waiting for him to do the work. Mark apologised and promised to finish the task with just a day's notice. We gave him a week's notice with a new installation date, but he has never responded.

I really am so sorry for letting you down. it was not my intention. I'm sorry for any inconvenience but as stated in my text we have waited a long time for my sons hospital appointment due to him having covid I couldn't commit to Monday the time you we're available because I'm pre booked elsewhere. I know it's important to have your gate installed I can only apologise for letting you down. If you are willing to wait I will install the new gate at cost price. The earliest possible date would be the 15th of July. Again I am genuinely sorry

Mark and his team removed a huge 53 year old eucalyptus tree in ONE day. The tree was much loved by my uncle but it had to go.
He was very sympathetic towards my Uncle’s love of the tree and his jungle style garden. He handmade a fence and took extreme care of the abundance plants and ornaments around him. I am sure at times Mark thought he was working in Kew Gardens but kept smiling throughout. Mark is a straight talking man, he explained the job clearly and concisely, showing great knowledge of his trade.
I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone. My Uncle’s neighbours were so impressed with his work they are now having a fence installed.

I asked Mark to come and look at doing a small weeding and cutting back job for my elderly mother. He said he could do what I wanted, and then come back in a few months when it would need doing again.
He also suggested covering the area with membrane and then bark. This seemed a much better idea and it wouldn't need doing again and be a worry for my mum.
I was very impressed as he was thinking what was best for her and not just giving himself repeat business.
Mark and his team completed it today. It looks lovely and a very happy elderly lady.

Mark and his team are professional and know their stuff which only comes from years and years of experience. Very knowledgeable and able to give great advice. Work carried out was removing grass to install drainage pipes to help surface water seep away from our grass area in our back garden. Fresh new soil topped up and new turf laid down. What do you love most about your job?
As ive said before between me and my partner we have over 45 years of experience . But mostly we love a challenge. We have a young team. My son and my partners sons we are not only teaching them we are lucky enough for them to love the same traditional ways of the way we were also taught . We don't take any work on but we master the work we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From my father. Family trade from my grandfather. Im the 3rd generation and i 5think my sons will be the 4th .
Why should our clients choose you?
Exspreianc. Are own portfoliweo of our work not other companies or brochures. Not only recent work that looks good now but work that goes on looking good for time and time. We do it right first time round. My grandfather said measuring twice only cutting once is the way forward.

We are kind of old school. Due to the fact that we haven't needed to advertise for work well over ten years our work have completely come from word of mouth and recommendation. But due to the covid people can't mix or have the family weekend parties or bbq. So are work starts and stops on that job. Hence why we are now advertising for trade. We have been welcomed by check a trade. Rated people. Yell.com . And bark . We are new to this so please be patient and we will do are very best to answer your request and questions. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To put this in a nut shell. A lot of trust from our customers. We have to give estimates on site visits. They tell us what they want to there best. We give them our portfolio they choose what they want. Of what we got to offer. Which we give a wide window of variety. Of our skills of craftsmanship design and installation. We keep our very upmost best of strictly sticking to the rules of social distancing for not only our sake but for everyone every were and please if you can let's all do are very best and try and put this horrible tragedy behind us and keep it there.
