Fantastic service. Gavin was really approachable and took into account everything that we wanted before drawing things up. He was happy to play with things until they were just right, even though I was really being quite fussy! Absolutely brilliant!
Gavin visited the property the same day as I contacted him and had drawn designs and submitted the planning application within two days.
Everything was taken care of and I was kept up to date with the application every step of the way. Awesome proportions make, what could be a very confusing and tedious process, easy and stress free.

I was really pleased to have Gavin's input into the design of a downstairs bathroom.
Gavin is very knowledgeable in his field.
He had a lot of good design ideas for the project which I had not considered.
He took the time to really understand what I wanted to achieve and tailored his solution to it. He considered various options for the location of the new bathroom within the house and we agreed on the most sensible one.
Gavin is very familiar with the planning regulations and is clearly experienced with handling and expediting planning applications.
Gavin also has excellent client skills. He kept me informed of progress throughout the planning application and he responded promptly to my queries with detailed explanations.

Gavin is a bright, young architectural designer with lots of interesting and innovative ideas.
Gavin came up with a great design for an awkward, and difficult area in my garden, which was both interesting and practical.
He listened to my thoughts and ideas throughout the whole process, and he took the time to talk them through with me - and include these in the final design.
He also gave me ideas that I would not have considered.
His work was very thorough and professional.

It's a five star rating because Gavin handled our extension from drawing up plans , inputting ideas and taking everything through to obtain planning permission .
He was always available and kept in contact with us through all the stages.
Our extension should be finished in the next couple of months and we hope Gavin will call round to take photos for his website , as he will be very welcome .
