Had a sports massaged a couple days ago. really got in to muscles (i must have some in those legs somewhere) Scott makes you feel comfortable .
After was given aftercare advise to drink plenty fluids and hot bath. The day after I was tired could be due to lack of sleep could be due to the massage but today I feel so light and was volunteering at an ocr and had bags of energy. my legs feel light and ready for a good run tomorrow.
Highly recommend.

Scott did a brilliant job on my legs and shoulder! I went in with fairly heavy legs the day after a duathlon and whilst it wasn't the deepest massage I've had, it was just right to relax my legs and remove all the tight spots. The day after the massage I went for a long off road run and my legs have never felt so good on a run of that length! Would definitely recommend! More...
