Open House - 40 guests, start to weekend birthday celebrations - all guests commented on the high quality of food, especially herbyslaw and noodle salads, asparagus tarts and salted caramel brownies (although all good). What’s your signature dish?
We work with the seasons and our menu's are ever changing. We have plenty of popular dishes but our menu's are constantly shifting in order to work with the finest produce that Cornwall has to offer.
A favourite dish of ours is anything local and in season cooked on our wood fired 'smokin' pig' barbecue.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have created plenty of sample menu's which are available to view on our website which suit a wide range of events.
For weddings and larger events, we love nothing more than developing bespoke menu's by discussing with our clients what food they would like to see at their event. From there we can create the perfect menu suited to their individual requirements.
