Painted front and back exterior of my home. Fair price and good job. Only gripe was leaving the flaked off paint all over front and back doorsteps at end of 1st day which i had to sweep up to stop me trailing it in house. I am pleased to highly recommend av roofing. Their work is of a very high standard and carried out most efficiently.

Was so pleased with the work they had done on the ridge tiles I asked them back to change the barge boards and sort out a new chimney pot (which I had been trying to get done for ages and couldn’t find anyone to do it). Once again they turned up when they said they would, got straight to the job, had to come back and finish off today. They did a brilliant job the new boards and chimney look brilliant, really sets the look of the house off. They left everything clean and tidy and were again friendly and helpful when I asked if they just check a couple of extra things for me. Arrived to give a quote promptly. Kept me up to date on progress. Took the time to actually look at the guttering problem. A family concern with father, two sons and grandson arrived to install dry ridge tiling on main roof and on the extension. An obliging and friendly family who did all I asked including replacing damaged tiles, repointing three valleys and gutter cleaning. Tidied up when they left. Alex and John were first to contact me when I was looking for someone to paint the dashing on my house in Barrow-in-Furness and as it turned out they also did roofing repairs as well which was great as I wanted new ridge tiles, facia boards and guttering which made it easier dealing with just one sub-contractor rather than having to employ three.
Alex and John were great to deal with and kept me informed as they carried out the work while I was self isolating in Sale, Manchester.
They carried out the work to an exceptional standard for a very competitive price and I would highly recommend them.

Monarch came out within 1 hour of speaking to them re a leak in my bay lead work. They came back as soon as the weather was reasonable and did the work. It appears to have solved the problem so I am very grateful for the speed of their response and work. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again. More...

mrs walker posted a her issue on bark as another tradesman couldnt do the job right . I went out assessed the problem and gave her true honest advice how to deal with the issue and different options which mrs walker accepted my reasonable quote . I went out fixed the issue and thanks to sue she awarded me with extra work on her property and also passed my business cards on to her fellow Neighbours. i cant thank you enough sue its been a success and Pleasure working with you . kind regards team monarch 👍🏼.
