Going give a 5 because normally service is very good but just had a taxi to work and the car smelled really badly of weed and taxi driver had no change for ten pounds and the ride which normally cost 5. 80 had to cost me 7 pounds due to no change and no time to do anything due to work time, very disappointed and if it happens again I will change firms. Used the app very successfully .. it’s so reassuring to get the confirmation and see the car coming towards you. That was up to yesterday. I tried to order for ASAP from the station at Stoke and it randomly gave me a taxi arriving in 53mins. This morning, the app said no booking possible, so I rang and was told I had already got a booking, but again it was for 50mins time. Pretty sure I’m doing everything right this end! Otherwise great service, lovely friendly drivers, cars good.***UPDATE*** it was my phone!! Showing correct time but calendar entries 1hr shifted.... so take it all back and 5* review More...
