Fantastic service! Matt is a gentleman and a top service provider. Matt had a consultation with me explaining everything then quoted me a date that suited. He even worked around the fact I work during the day and needed an evening slot. He was 3 minutes early and did the job in speedy time, without compromising on quality. I have to admit it was a clean and tidy job, sheets were laid, covered where required, painted the wood to match my white skirting and even brought his own hoover and cleaned up after (and charged the quoted costs). Absolutely fantastic job done by Matt and his team. if you are looking loft ladders and flooring done look no further. Customer service was next to none. Matt is extremely professional and polite. He arranged to come out for a chat first of at a time that suited me. All options where discussed and absolutely no pressure to buy but you could tell right from the offset this would be a professional job. Matt was very accommodating as we had to move the existing hall light position, create a new opening and add 2 new pendants to make the job possible.
