This was the first time doing any major work on my house, so I wasn't sure about the process or what was needed from a legal standpoint. Atrium Consultants made things very clear and easy for me by guiding me the throughout the design / planning process. The process was very quick too. A site visit was set up within a week of request and drawings were sent to me for review not long after. Contacted Atrium after having spent months unsuccessfully trying to nail down an affordable design to suit my budget with another company. Matt and his team came out to discuss my ideas and had plans we loved drawn up and submitted within a couple of weeks. A few months later, after Matt went out of his way to chase the council who’d been dragging their feet, planning was approved and we’re ready to move on to the next stage, which Atrium have already been a big help with. I contacted Matt for help with my most recent planning application after he had helped me obtain full planning permission for an extension in the past.
I run a Holistic Therapy business and I was seeking a change of use application in order to build a treatment room in my garden at home.
After several conversations regarding the best approach, Matt drew up the plans and covered the application process allowing me to concentrate on the business.
We hit a few hurdles with the local planning department but using his vast knowledge Matt managed to navigate my application through all obstacles successfully.
