What inspired you to start your own business?
When all the gyms were closed during the lockdown due to COVID-19 situation, we decided to take our passion for fitness online.
All our clients were asking for advice on fitness training at home , with minimal equipment and they were telling us how confused they felt with all the mixed information on the internet (some good, but some bad all together) and not knowing what to choose.
All this situation made us realise that we can help our clients online just as well as we helped them when in person through guided personalised training sessions and nutritional advice.

Online personal training sessions
We deliver 1:2:1 personal training session for :
