We worked over the service KiwiTaxi jointly with the team of the company Astarus from 2012 to 2013.
The task given to the company "Astarus” was to develop the first version of the taxi service for tourists with minimal functionality and make a solid foundation for future growth of the project.

After the introduction of the system WorksMobile, fuel saving has reached 33% due to lower number of additions to the route sheets.
Before it was introduced, the route sheets were filled by drivers every day and it was difficult to control them.
Working with WorksMobile system, head of the unit can see online where his subordinate is and approve or not approve the route sheets every day, then at the end of the month a single route sheet is signed. The accountant department reduced the term of delivery of route sheets. There are almost no arithmetic errors.

In 2014 I had the idea, to bring to market a mobile app “for a quick and easy identification of mammals and birds. Most frequently observed on safari in Eastern and Southern Africa.
In Astarus Ltd I’ve found a good partner to realize that project.
Organization:
For me it was important, to have a single point of contact. In Roman Kislitsin I had that person. He was always accessible for me, in all questions concerning the app and also the distribution platforms.
Technology:
It was a challenge realize a user friendly app and to construct efficient filters. In the app we implemented some technical highlights:
The complex filter to find out the name of a bird: Length? /beak? /where observed? /colours of plumage (9 possible colors)?
A journal of all observed birds and mammals with date and time.
Information system: individual information for each animal by scrolling down of every image or to press a button.
And all that in iOS/Android and in 4 languages. Actual version is 2.1

The Optima company is a fast growing retail network. More than 460 brands and more than 4000 products are presented in the iOptima online store.
In 2017, it was decided to launch its own Mobile Application in order to increase the share of online sales, and customers engagement and loyalty.
The company needed to choose a reliable long-term contractor for the development and further support of the online store and the application. We contacted Astarus company with a prepared Terms of Reference.
An analytical approach and deep immersion in user processes were decisive factors in choosing a contractor. In January 2019, the project was launched.
Thanks to a comprehensive analysis and their experience in development, the Astarus team was able to improve the Terms of Reference by offering more convenient UX and options for interacting with the site and the application.
