I recently passed my 6 week beginners course in BSL. Lynette was a great tutor! She went all out to help us all feel comfortable and at ease with one another whilst still learning. BSL is something I am very passionate about learning and I can't wait to be able to do my level 1 hopefully in the near future. Just completed my 6 week BSL course through aspire to achieve with Lynette. Lynette is such an amazing teacher/tutor and always made me feel at ease. I would recommend this course 100% to anyone as I believe we all should know a few basic signs as hearing impairments are very common and children are now using sign language due to speech delays. My daughter Mia has just finished life coaching with Lindsay! This was to help Mia deal with upcoming major surgery, Lindsay was absolutely fantastic. Mia was able to off load to Lindsay and talk though all her fears and worries !! She even set up a meeting with another teen that had the same type of surgery as Mia is going for! I was trained through aspire2achieve to get my level 3 in health and social care. Lindsey was fabulous and a great trainer who was always on the end of a phone for help. provided me with plenty or resources and was always helpful. all coursework was done and submitted online which is helpful in this day of age. always have positive feedback and would definitely go back to for further training. Aspire2Achieve, well what can I say? What an amazing service!! I did the the first cohort of an introduction to BSL and it was brilliant! Well put together and brilliantly executed. I now have a steppingstone to Level 1BSL. I also to to see Lindsey to get life coaching and she is absolutely fantastic! I wouldn’t like to think where I would be today if it wasn’t for her. The 6 week introduction to BSL was brilliant. Lynette was a fantastic tutor and more than helpful throughout the weeks. The limited numbers per cohort made the learning environment ideal for us being new to signing and allowed for that tailored learning experience for each of us. Lynette made each session both informative and fun and always welcomed us with friendly conversation and a hot drink/biscuits. Between the amount we learnt in the short space of time, the hospitality given and the content covered. I couldn't recommend this course enough. Lindsey was also there for parts of the sessions to say hello and check to see if we were all getting on alright. It was nice that Lindsey took the time out to call in to see us and chat to us. Having recently completed the 6 week Introduction to BSL course with Aspire, I am over the moon. Our teacher Lynette was always so welcoming and helpful and made sure that everyone in the class was able to understand what was being taught. The learning environment was comfortable and really helped the class to feel as relaxed as possible. Lindsey facilitated a week long Teen Scheme for our group in Portadown. I can honestly say that it was totally amazing not only did she hold the whole rooms attention also the leaders. The icebreakers they loved that much they asked could they do more. The detail and knowledge Lindsey has on the program was first class. I really could not fault her work in any way. My daughter just completed a weeks Summer camp run by Lindsey. She loved every minute of it. From First Aid, Mindfulness, Meditation, Suicide Awareness and so much more. My daughter has come away gaining confidence and tools to help her through the ''teenage" years. Lindsey has been out with our preschool and playgroup for a number of sessions such as germ busters and arts and crafts. Lindsey is very friendly and bubbly and the children always have a ball when she comes out! Thank you so much Lindsey for making me feel welcome today at the charity meeting. Not only are you highly professional, and a fountain of knowledge, but you are also extremely down to earth and friendly. My son Calum clicked with you straight away, and that says it all. I Look forward to your guidance in the coming months ahead, and also the work you will do with Calum in preparation for his surgery xx *Update* So Calum is on the other side of surgery now, and Lindsey has been by his side throughout his numerous complications. Because of Lindsey’s support, she has made this situation so much easier for my entire family. Calum’s positivity has amazed us all, and this is due to Lindsey prepping him mentally pre and post surgery. My boys have also just finished a fun/packed week at Lindsey’s summer camp. One of my sons arrived on day one extremely anxious and withdrawn. By day 5 he stood up in front of us parents and gave a heartfelt speech about his journey during the past 5 days. Rhys left today a different boy! He has a new found positivity and confidence, which is down to Lindsey’s hard work and dedication.
