Great counsellor! my first experience of using a counsellor and I was feeling nervous but as soon as I met her I felt very comfortable and very supported around her and actually looked forward to each session. 6 sessions later and I am in a much better place, I now know a lot more about myself and how to maintain myself and keep growing. None of which would have been possible without her. After just one session I was able to begin chewing through alot of what has been holding me back in life, Sarah encouraged me to get back into practices I had long given up and in doing so opened a world of wonder.
In my time with Sarah I have worked through childhood trauma, shame, fear, vulnerability and come to see life in a completely new light.

Professional whilst still personal. I felt fully supported on my journey, I had previously worried I wouldn't know where to begin when starting counselling.
But the feeling of calm and safety allowed me to explore; safe in the knowledge that I would never be judged or embarrassed.
I'm so glad I took that step and went with At One counselling, it has helped me grow as a person and given me the tools to navigate my own life. Highly recommend everyone tries counselling at some point in their life, and this was a fantastic place to do so.
