What do you love most about your job?
Admin! There's nothing more satisfying than creating order and a structure to follow too. Any challenges to resolve quotes to obtain or emails to sort I'm your woman!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The birth of my first grandson and the desire to have the flexibility to be able to spend some time with him was the push that I needed to make the decision. It was not something on a whim but a decision I had been pondering for quite some time. With the support of my partner and family, I made the decision to leave a full time, well-paid office job to go it alone. I think the final eureka moment was when I was feeling unwell and waking at 3am to complete work that I just could not get off my mind. I decided then that if I am going to work and put so much effort in I needed to be doing that for the benefit of my own business. It's hard establishing and I'm learning every day but I don't regret a thing and am now hoping to help others start up and establish and grow their new business too.
