Aroma Kitchen

My husband & I are regulars eat at aroma kitchen we get withdrawal symptoms if we go longer than a week between visits. We have been eating there for many years & have never been disappointed with the food or service. And my 2 son love the food The owner of the restaurant and his staff are really friendly & efficient with nothing being too much trouble for them to make your visit is a very enjoyable occasion. The Kebabs are very good and the staff are very helpful!

The changes that are needed though are as most other places that sell kebabs in and around Glasgow the same changes that need to be made are for the chilli sauce to be changed and for it to no longer be sweet but for it to be chilli based ie the way it should be made is with a good Mutti pasatta, chopped fresh green chillis, with fresh garlic, fresh onion, a little thick, suitable spices and a few other things (but not Ketchup, sugar or yoghurt), a little heat then blended together and made fresh every day. .. Not sure if they use Tomato Ketchup and/or sugar and/or yogurt but neither Tomato Ketchup or sugar or yogurt should ever be used when making Kebab chilli sauce and chilli sauce should never be sweet.

The Kebab salad was as I said pretty good but the same as most other kebab shops in there area they miss out many important salads, so I would recommend is, not just for this place but for all other Kebab shops in the area is to have what kebab shops have in other parts of the UK which is a big bowl of cucumber, big bowl of Pickled red cabbage, big bowl of pickled white cabbage, big bowl of tomatoes, bowl of Lemons, big bowl of lettuce, big bowl of onion, big bowl of cucumber and ask the customer what salad would they like? all or which Salad?

The good thing is that there are no actual changes to the food you already make ie you can still make the sweet chilli sauce how you do and still have the same salad you already do, so regular customers can still get what they are use to, the only difference is your regular customers and new customers will have more choice, ie they will have another type of chilli sauce on offer (which is the type of chilli sauce thats used by kebab shops in England) and you will have other salads available they can have with their kebabs.

The food was great. Lamb rejala was delicious. Chicken roast was also very nice. Ordered food for 100 people, deliver on time, only kebab was short, not everyone got it, including me. Those who got it said it was good. Pakora was good. I enjoyed the food. Friendly staff. More...
