Bardarul. I charged you exactly what I quoted you at £300. You got your refund at 8.30 in morning so I didn't cheat anyone. As you see these is not the consensus opinion. The only cowboy is yourself insisting on such a huge tax refund. I blocked you as you are very abusive. You obviously have behavioural issues

I spoke to a lot of accountants when I was looking for one. Many were quick to bombard me with prices, and only spent around 10 mins on the phone finding out about my business. James stood out as he spent a long time understanding my business and was quick offer me impartial advice that many other accountants would have charged for.
I feel like I can message or call him anytime and he'll respond. For someone whose busy running my business, that really means a lot.
