By allowing them to absorb the basic understanding of why exercise and healthier choices rate important. This happens before any programs or strenuous exercises are implemented. I believe in understanding and connecting to the goal.

Consistent output, dedicated input and precise execution. Sounds intense, but if you consistently output hard work, dedicate yourself to learning more about your body and it’s physical capabilities and execute! Executing your set program as precise as possible, will put you in the best position to maximise every workout.

Working with different clients, different personalities, however delivering the same type of results.

Prices right? No, not only am I more cost effective, but it can guarantee you that you’ll find that I am more relatable and take your goals and dreams as seriously as you do.

I wouldn’t consider myself a remote PT, id prefer to have that face to face interaction with clients. The main reason clients tend to hire PTs is for that motivation element, as well as someone to hold them accountable. I don’t believe clients will be able to have the best of their experiences with someone yelling at them over texts. I’d rather yell at them in person!

COVID-19 has never really affected me, however I’ve taken health and safety courses so I would be prepared with closely monitoring a client’s health conditions
