Perfect. perfect service that not only delivered on the product level but as a consumer experience in total; to break it down a little:

Help: from minute one I put Arc on the spot for an affordable, fast and powerful build and expected to be advised to wait a while. but from minute one I was asked all that I required and then was showed not only the choices I had, but several versions of those and had explained to me WHY they were the choices. I asked to be taught a bit about building; boy did they deliver!

Quality of build: The product is ridiculous. seriously I have not seen many tech objects that I love as much as my new PC. its smooth, fast, clean and aesthetically astonishing. everything was done with speed -and more importantly- precision, meaning that in no time at all I have a solid, beautiful build that I will no doubt keep for years. additionally I have the option to toy with and upgrade my system which is an added extra that I appreciate.

End product: I mean read above, If it isn't obvious enough, this is the most friendly, efficient and on point tech service that I've ever received.

General comments: just a general thanks to you L, for the product, for the fun and the education, and suffice to say that I will be advising you to anyone that asks (and many that don't even hah) as much as I can. More...
