Tristan, I just want to say how fantastic you, your team and your products are. Having grown up in the West Country I was not familiar with hard water until I moved to Kent in 2006 and have had to learn how best to approach it. Your products make this a problem of the past. From initial quote to the day of installation your team were incredibly hard working, friendly and polite. Six months on, not only have I saved money, but I have seen the benefit to my skin and hair, and my partner who suffers with Psoriasis has seen a phenomenal improvement in his condition. Hi Triston and AdamIt's been nearly 2 weeks now with our Kinetico water softener, and we are very happy with our purchase and with the way we were attended to both at the original enquiry and with the installation. Adam, your installer was at all times polite and courteous and did a great job in installing our unit under quite difficult circumstances considering the pipes and valves were installed in one cupboard and the softener placed in another.I have been 50 years in engineering working in the Water, Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Petro-chemical Industries and consider Adam's work as exemplary. The Kinetico softener transformed our water within hours of the installation, the water feels lovely; all our bathroom and kitchen sinks and taps and the shower fittings are all as shiny as new.Many thanks aquasoft uk. He was very courteous and efficient. The soft water has made a massive difference to our household - particularly to our toddler who suffered with Ezcema - within a week of bathing her in soft water her dry patches cleared up and have not returned.
