Cyril came around to repair our open fireplace and I must say he did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and the job was very clean. Highly recommend.

So happy I’ve found Applewood. Have had several plumbers trying to fix the problem and been quoted for new heating systems to not returning our calls but Applewood have fixed the problem at minimum cost. Trustworthy and know their stuff.

We are sorry Mr Fisher that you were not entirely satisfied with our work. Apparently the engineer has reported that the Bath was not fitted to its legs properly and when moved fell over against wall which could have marked wall but he did not notice at the time for which we apologise for. The extra-time was spent on fixing the waste on properly as was loose and not sealed and fixing the legs on the Bath properly so when moved don’t drop off, which we did not quote or charge for but corrected for you. We do a lot of jobs large and small and feedback is important to us thank you for your review.

They did a great job and came back next day and fitted new part all very quickly and tidily

They could not have done a better job and at such a reasonable price, as the job took a little more time than quoted. Highly recommend.
