We offer an all round solution. From the day to day book keeping to management accounts and tax affairs. We don't just stop there though. We are a practice that promotes using tech to create efficiencies. We offer help and guidance on choosing new tech moves for your business that helps with the accounts.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Nowadays, the market for accounting is tough there are new innovative bookkeeping softwares that do a lot of the hard work for you. Accountants have had to become more than the mystery man you see once a month or even once a year! Aplac have welcomed this change and have wanted it! Accountants shouldn't be seen as the Doctor you go to only when something is wrong or the Great Aunt you go and see once a year, instead put us at the forefront of you business keep us involved and come to us with your burning questions we can help you in more ways than filing your statutory accounts or completing your self assessment.
What do you love most about your job?
I love getting involved in other people business. I said it! I loved the success stories of people Championing business and breaking the rules that the understated working man could never be rich! Ive seen a lot of people do extremely well for themselves with the right ethic and the right guidance. Being involved with people that truly have a passion for what they do is inspiring. Not only that, I get so involved my relationship with the business becomes personal. I want to see people cheat the stigma, I want people to reach goals they set and most of all I want people to achieve their dreams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for many companies throughout the time I have spent in the finance industry and its by that I have seen so many different minds and different problems in business. I wanted to help with everything, I made myself the person to go to when things didn't go to plan. This taught me so much I wanted to use it to help other people, I wanted to be able to continue being challenged and to continue to grow and the only way I could think of that would do that is by setting up my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We aren't a traditional accountancy firm, so don't expect it. The clients we have already chose us because we are honest, we don't and won't charge ridiculous prices (which is a conversation for another time) and we take things personally. We share in your successes, we share in your growth but maybe more importantly we share your failures. We help you work through them and where we can help you identify them before they hit. Just expect more from your accountant and get it with us.
