Came same day, asked to turn over and level my garden. From first look, it did look level until my partner got home and we realised the hole bit was clumpy and unlevel. Payed £150 for a botch job, save hassle of having them back my partner has had to start it all again. £150 wasted. More...

Hi Victoria, I’m sorry you feel like this. We did ask repeatedly if you were happy and if you wanted anything else done before we left. When we got there you were very vague and we left thinking you were happy. I’ve only just seen this as we’ve been booked all week. I’m sorry that you weren’t satisfied, if you rang me we would of came straight back and rectified anything you weren’t happy about x
