The care we received from Anneally Care Services for our late mum Jane was exceptional the team went above and beyond keeping her comfortable and safe in her own home nothing was too much trouble from getting her ready for the day to making her 'perfect' porridge and her lovely meals, outings, collecting meds and administering them. Joanna, Sally and Lelah were absolutely delightful in looking after my mother in law. They genuinely took the time to give the care that she needed and worked closely with us to ensure that she started the day in a positive frame of mind.
This was an immense help to us with our day to day ongoing interactions with her.

The job satisfaction we receive from helping people and providing them with a great service. We also enjoy the variety of different people we meet. Everyday we are changing lives for the better, this is such an amazing feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
So we can become a High Quality Care provider. We want to provide care as good as what we'd expect our own relatives to receive.

All care delivered in people's own homes: Personal/incontinence care, Medication assistance, Shopping calls, Housework/ironing, Shaperoning and Social inclusions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have followed all government guidelines on managing the risk of Covid-19. In many cases we go beyond the guidance. Keeping our clients and staff safe is so important to us.
Daily Living Support & Companionship
Assistance with everyday tasks can make such a difference to quality of life - whether it's help with mobility, cooking, cleaning or someone to keep you company. Maybe you need someone to take you to the shops or to appointments/events.
A little help - from a few hours per week right up to 24 hour or live-in support can help you to feel safe and happy in your own home.
Respite Care
We understand the benefits that Respite Care offers. Caring for a relative or friend can often be tiring and stressful. The responsibility can also have an impact your own health and wellbeing. Let one of our friendly, trained staff take over the responsibilities for a while - we will make sure things are done just as you would like.
Live-in Care
We offer a live-in homecare service aimed at elderly people requiring 24 hour, low-level support.
Being in their own home during the COVID situation allows clients to have regular contact with family members and friends
Learning Disability Support
Our specialist carers have specific training and experience to understand the complex needs and differing areas of learning disability. PerCurra opens to doors to a more vibrant social life that helps build self-confidence and independence.
Hospital to Home Support
PerCurra's Hospital to Home Support can help ease this return home in a number of ways. From carrying out the daily practicalities of running a home to simply being there as a means of social or emotional support during those first few days or weeks. The support we provide depends on your individual needs. We can contact you either at home or while in hospital to arrange the support required.
