Absolutely brilliant photo booth! I would certainly recommend the large selfie mirror- it was a huge focal point at our event and got everyone talking! It also looked really impressive. Darren and Animation Events were extremely pleasant and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. The package was incredible, also. In comparison to other companies that charge for all of the extra photos/usb sticks etc...it was a huge added bonus to be able to send on all photos to our guests to print out as many times as they like. I booked the magic mirror for my wedding back in July. The mirror was very striking and really kicked off a good atmosphere - everyone got involved in and we had a variety of props to make some fun pictures, my friends got to take the photo's home with them (which we laughed about the next morning! ) and I got a disc of all the photos from the night which are a now in an album for memories. Darren's absolutely lovely and he's very helpful when using the mirror. What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
With the selfie phenomenon photography has changed, a great photographer will capture images while inspiring the subjects to pose, act or move in a prescribed fashion, while the results are often stunning they also can feel posed or unnatural.
Photo booths and especially mirror photo booths encourage the users to have fun and be themselves the images captured tend to be relaxed and very often have a far greater mix of subjects.
What photo booth props do you offer?
We have the full selection of silly hats, big glasses, wigs and feather boa's. We also can supply bespoke props from beautiful Venetian masks to super hero costumes. If you want it and it exists we can supply it. (additional charges may apply)
Our booths are all green screen enabled allowing you the ability to transport your guests around the world and universe to a plethora of backgrounds.
Our facial recogintion software allows for digital props and is always a hit with our younger customers giving googly eyes, One Direction masks, glasses and crowns.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to visit the celebrations of some wonderful people and help record memories for eternity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent nearly 30 years in customer service, hospitality and event management the time was right, visiting a trade show and seeing the Mirror booths in action the decision was made there and then.
