Jane was called out to transport my dog to the vets as I was on holiday and my Sister couldn't get him in the car as he had broken his leg. She also came back to the vets ready to transport him to Northampton for an operation, unfortunately the specialist decided that they couldn't operate due to him also having bone cancer so the kindest thing and the only option was to have him put to sleep. As I was still away Jane was kind enough to stay with my Sister whilst this happened so she was not alone. I’m really happy with the service I have received from Jane. She has looked after my diabetic cat very well when I have been away on holidays and for weekends etc. When I get home my cat is always happy and healthy, the house as I left it and the litter tray emptied. I go away happy knowing that my cat will not only have his medical needs met but also be cuddled and cared for. More...

Jane and Paul are wonderful with our 2 big dogs . The dogs wait for them to come and are very excited to see them which tells me everything I need to know .

I moved into the area in May. I was so pleased to find this wonderful setvice from Animals at Home Nene Valley District. My beautiful whippets are walked for me on a weekly basis and a 'live in' service is provided when I have to stay away. Whippets are sensitive dogs and would soon tell me if anything was wrong, my dogs are totally happy and relaxed and always pleased to see Paul. Excellent service, really helped out specific to our requirements. Their flexible and caring attitude towards the animals left me feeling confident whilst I was away on holiday. We used Jane and Paul when we had a new puppy and the service they offered was fantastic and was great peace of mind for us. They came in twice a day to play and feed our pup and it was clear how much she loved them. We were also kept up to date how she was doing by daily texts. Now the puppy is older we have reduced the visit to once a day, and it is great to know that she is being well looked after while we are out. Had the most exceptional service from Paul and Jayne . We went on holiday for 5 days and left them with our boxer, parot and 4 chickens.
