How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I start with establishing the clients goals, then after an assessment I put a plan together with some smaller achievable goals along the way. Making sure I keep you them accountable and motivated.

Setting goals, making a plan, following a plan, hard work and consistency.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see my clients reach their goals, and seeing the transformation in both body and mind as they keep fitter
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to run my own business and have done for over 20 years, there’s nothing like being on boss.

I can provide a remote service, I have an app which I use for online clients with video demonstrations of all the exercises.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Training outside, mask wearing and social distancing and wiping down equipment.
One on one personal Training

Zoom personal training
The next best thing to one to one personal training.
We can see each other, I can make sure your technique is good with all the exercises, I can motivate you and you can ask questions there and then.
On-line personal training
This is a great option for those that are self motivated and need a program and guidance. I'll set you a weekly program tailored to your goals and check in on you weekly. I am available for for any questions you might have and I have an app for your workouts.
