I have been doing Thai Boxing group sessions and also personal sessions with Andy.... Of course it is hard work but he makes it a fun way not only to train, but to understand why you do things the way you do. Its and education and fitness benefit rolled into one!! Been training with andy for a few month now top bloke, it was the first time I stepped foot in a gym and he makes you feel welcome so all them nerves you was feeling go out the window, I had never done anything like this before I was unfit and he brought the best out in me I feel 10x more confident in my self and fitness is so much better than when I started. I've been training with Andrew for the past four years combined classes and personal one to one. Im no spring and he brought me up to a standard of fitness and competence to enable me to have the skills to actually compete in the ring. If your looking to get fit and lose weight I would highly recommend andy Bakewell’s 1-1 sessions . I lost 2 stone over a 8 week course before lockdown and will be staring back up as soon as soon as possible
