I rented a 2-bed property from Mr. Walker for the year 2020-2021in Bath. In short, Mr. Andrew Walker, and Andrew Walker Residential Lettings in general, are extremely professional, polite, and responsive. When I was searching for a house, he was not only the only agent in Bath who was willing to rent the beautiful property that they managed to us (EU students), but he was also extremely quick and willing to provide us with a video tour when none of the other agencies were willing to do so. Of course, the genuine respect that Mr. Walker showed motivated us to try even harder to take care of his property and hand it back in a spotless condition. The property was spotless from the beginning - exactly as advertised. Clean to the bone. When we had a problem, we knew that by contacting Mr. Walker, our problem would have been solved within just a few days. Overall, Mr. Walker made our experience fantastic. Disgusting behaviour from a position of power! He was incredibly rude, lied about the property being taken - he just wanted to change the price! Communication was terrible, and didn't even have the decency to show us the property, simply gave an address and told us a time, then expected us to pay him £333 for his services!! Only the then reduce his fees three days later on the same advert! More...
