What inspired you to start your own business?
After taking therapy myself after my divorce I felt much more confident and emotionally resilient. This made me realise I would love to help others do the same

I can provide sessions on zoom
I also can do sessions over the telephone if preferred
Online Tasking such as journaling and self care routines are recommended to keep in touch with emotions and building confidence and self esteem.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have introduced group and individual sessions online
I have also made sure I wear a mask when out or indoors if the client wants to meet face to face

I help with building self esteem, confidence, self Awareness and ways to develop yourself
